The location was great, and we enjoyed the quietness of the pool area despite the odd incident.

However, an uncomfortable interaction with the front desk left us questioning our stay—a confrontational clerk ruined our relaxing swim.

Clean room, helpful staff, with the added comfort of three pillows on each queen bed that made our stay truly enjoyable, not to mention the fantastic pool which was a perfect way to relax after exploring nearby attractions.

the breakfast was kinda limited but the waffles were a fun touch. the location is super convenient near all the attractions and the staff was really friendly. had a good time at the pool too.

The room was a comfortable King Room with great amenities, including a refrigerator and a microwave, which made our stay convenient. The complimentary toiletries and hair dryer were a nice touch, and the cable TV with HBO provided perfect entertainment after a long day. The front desk was available 24/7, making check-in and check-out a breeze.

The hotel is noticeably outdated. furniture and fixtures appear old and stained, with the bed sitting uncomfortably low to the ground. The heating and cooling units function, but the broken diffuser means you can't direct the airflow where you want it. The bathroom cleanliness leaves much to be desired, with weak shower pressure and difficulty in controlling water temperature. Towels feel rough, akin to sandpaper, which is quite unpleasant. Lastly, the inconsistency in check-in times is an inconvenience if you arrive early.

Staying here made exploring the area so easy, with Smoky Mountain Knife Works just under 6 km away and Cracker Barrel for a hearty meal just a quick stroll down the road, making my weekend city strolls enjoyable and stress-free. while the king room provided a comfortable space to unwind after a day full of exploration, the breakfast options could use a bit more variety.

The nostalgic charm of this hotel truly delighted me, especially the cozy lobby and the lovely outdoor seating areas that were just perfect for relaxing in the sunshine. It felt safe and accessible, making it a lovely getaway.
